A book with little booklets in it, telling the historie of Steampunk ( based  on wikipedia), of the Victorian era, of steam-engines and more. Between the booklets are embellishments, heat-embossed stencil works, stamps and pictures. Most pictures are from the internet. The book is for sale. And it’s original printed  language is Frisian. Going on with the project Because I never did work with this brand of selfdrying clay I decided to cover parts of the head and words with acrylic medium, so the other parts could be painted with the first (or only) colour of paint. In tutorial 1 I did show you how I painted the first paper, I will only use a small strip of it, some 3 cm wide. I have been working a bit more on the underpainting. I  find that I like painting this landscape. I do hope the work will finish well. This is a big painting on a mdf-canvaspanel. It is based on things I did read about strange anomalies in our history and about energy coming out of pyramids all over the world during the few past years, Energizing rock is painted with acrylpaint, dotted on some places with different kinds of glitter. Dear readers, some weeks back I did discover a real treasure: As you can see this book is in a very bad shape. So bad that it became beautiful I did think.  Do you agree? If you have read the page ‘about my work and me’ you maybe have noticed that what drives me to paint it is that I do hope people will not longer only look at things but SEE things.
